In order for a tender to be correct, an in-depth review and reconciliation against both the tender documentation and applicable legislation are required. If we project manage your tender, this is of course included, but sometimes it is more appropriate for you to draw up the tender yourself. If so, we can review and check the tender before you submit it.
Reviewing tender documentation
DoubleCheck checks that the documentation:
• complies with the applicable legislation
• includes clear requirements, evaluation criteria and descriptions
Support tender documentation
Gives the client an orientation, insight and understanding of the tender documentation, explaining explicit and indirect requirements.
DoubleCheck guarantees that the “must have” requirements are met and that the client qualifies for the added-value element of the tender.
Gives a content structure and a qualitative assessment of the tender, as well as recommendations for the final formulation of the tender.
